Lavanderia #1

Dopo aver disegnato, pianificato ed idealizzato la nostra casa per anni, finalmente e' giunta l'ora di entrarci.

Cosi', una volta che ci siamo ripresi dal trasloco, abbiamo realizzato che entrare e sballare gli scatoloni e' stata la parte piu' facile.

Ti ritrovi felice e allo stesso tempo spaesata dallo spazio e dai muri anonimi che attendono solo di essere personalizzati con quadri, piatti e foto.

Ma da dove iniziare?

Anche qui avevamo un piano d'attacco: una stanza alla volta!
...dopo neanche una settimana abbiamo abbandonato il piano e quindi ora navighiamo a vista.

La prima stanza ad essere stata parzialmente arredata e' stata la lavanderia. Lo so, sembra pazzesco, ma e' andata proprio cosi'!






Avendo in precedenza le misure della lavanderia, avevo gia' acquistato i pensili (che sono stati usati nell'altra casa), e quindi non restava che fissarli al muro, piazzare la lavatrice ed attaccare la tendina alla finestra.

Strano ma vero, ancora adesso rimane la stanza piu' luminosa di tutta la casa, questo grazie a mio marito, Silvano, che ha installato 3 faretti.

   Ovviamente non ho ancora finito di arredare     la lavanderia, quindi sicuramente ritornero' a       parlarvene e documentarne i progressi.

I've dreamed my new house for years and finally here we are!!!

Move into the new house was absolutely an hard experience, boxes everywhere, we were absolutely tired and at the same time excited.  Soon we have realized that move in was only the start of a long journey.

At the first time our idea was to proceed one room at the time, however we give it up after few days.

I know that what I'm telling you sounds crazy, but we started with the laundry.

We needed to have space, storage and organization and which room has the power to do so?
The laundry room, of course!

New spotlihgts on the ceiling (thanks honey for your amazing job!), the washing machine on its spot, the little curtain at the window and that's it!
Do you think that I've finished with this room? Of course not!      Get ready for new updates!
